In order to better serve our parishioners, we are providing a web form to request a priest. Please include your home address or where the home visit is needed. Please leave a cell phone number rather than a work or home number so that Father can reach you directly. Please also include a monitored email address in case a follow up email is required. 

If you require an immediate visit from Father to a medical center, nursing home or private home to provide Sacraments to an actively dying person, please call rather than email the request. 

If you are a registered parishioner of another local Catholic parish, you may prefer to contact your local parish office or emergency line for assistance. If you are unsure of what Catholic Church to contact, you may call the Diocese of Raleigh offices for guidance at (919) 821-9700.
