Parents should be practicing Catholics and attend Mass regularly. Baptisms are prescheduled and take place during Mass. Required Baptismal classes are schduled on an as needed basis. To receive a Baptismal packet, you may fill out the form below. Please do not set any dates or make any arrangements until all of the required paperwork has been recieved in the office.
