A big thank you to all those who prepared our Closing Mass and our Parish Pot Luck Dinner. Thank you also to our pastor, Fr. Andrew McNair, for celebrating the closing Mass and Fr. Hugh Macsherry for his wonderful homily. Thank you also to our deacon, Fr. Deacon Stephen Dozier, and Msgr. John Williams for joining us! Finally, thank you to the Knights of Columbus for preparing the meat for our closing pot luck dinner and all those who helped in one way or another.
On Sunday, Nov. 24, we had coffee and donuts after each Mass in fellowship. Ann Quinlan was the lucky winner of the carved wood statue.
Thanks to all who participated in the collection to prepare the TLC bags as well as the Cub Scouts who prepared cards to go into each bag. Thanks to everyone who helped out with the closing Mass, dinner and Sunday activities.

Matthew 25:40 Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'
Our 2nd annual Winter Coat Drive begins Sunday, Nov 24th, which is the Solemnity of Christ the King and ends on the Sunday following Christmas, December 29th. Our Winter Coat Drive was highly successful last year and no coat was left over after the distribution to the needy. So bring out your new or lightly used jackets of any sizes or ages and deposit in one of the collection boxes in the back of church during the coat drive.
In honor of St. Francis, we had our annual Blessing of Animals which took place Saturday morning, Oct. 5th, 9:30 am. For the photo gallery, please click here.
